A new interpretation of the Haba model results in another new Esquivias electric guitar.
Laucalipta Laucalipta shows its unique identity and appearance with a cover of a beautiful Galician eucalyptus on top of the mahogany, with a laminated neck of maple and bubinga whose headstock, nose from Borneo model, ends up adorned by a simple carving or with its inadvertent bubinga guide points particularly scattered on its reddish fingerboard. Those same signs of identity also make this Esquivias enjoy a wide range of tone and delicate nuances, and that does not sound like any other. So when you play it, its loyal pickups, faithfully pick it up and give a personal sound to you, different from the usual and characteristic of this guitar.
Finally, and in any case, I pursue, seek and always have the same purpose: that the guitar be played as softly and easily as possible. Laucalipta is played this way, very comfortably. The profile of its slightly pronounced V-neck together with its ergonomic body joint and its well-tuned weight that balances the whole guitar, allow the mutual adaptation between musician and instrument to enjoy playing. And face to face it is irresistible. What more could you ask for?
